yooooo, Gabbo's right about PR! I had an army buddy that told me his time with the police dept there. He was close to retirement but the gov was so corrupt that it needed federal intervention and restructuring. Everyone lost their pension and he had to join the army in his late 30's to begin again. IDK if it's the same now but he also mentioned how the southern coast is controlled by cartel and police needed permission to enter. crazy stuff!
