Loopholes loopy I really do not see the issue in charging for mods, it is difficult work, the goods one are at least and it really is up to you whether you want it or not would I charge for it, no because if I do this, I will just make it as practice making shit But if someone wants to make mods for a living, good on them

The Croaker I think one of the issues that, from my end, most mods have some conflict or issues with other mods and can end up breaking the game later at some points. I don't get all too upset about it when it happens, it was free, someone made it in their spare time as a hobby, and I don't have expectations of the maker to do any more than they have to fix it. The moment I 'have' to pay for it to even use it, then as a customer of a service I am entitled to have the product I purchased, in this case the mod itself, to not end up with a broken pile of shit after an update, conflict, or just plain bugging out at some point in the base game because the maker decided the mod was done. This entails customer service and technical support, and the way the system looks like from my end, is that paid mods want their money, but none of the responsibility that comes with selling a functional product. A lot of the issue could have been avoided with just having a simple donate option, to give 100% of the donation directly to a modder you want to support for making a free mod.

Desregaurd I agree with that as well to an extent, it is a really rocky subject, you also go into copyright issues and many other things, I am by no means saying the way the implemented it was the best way to do it, just that I feel it is good they are paying modders
