@@vx.666 my japanese is basic but from what I understand he said "I studied Japanese before coming to Japan, and once the conbini seller offered me a bag, I laughed alot" ファが全然わから寧 Google translation was "I studied Japanese before coming to Japan, so I came here with plenty of time to spare."
His comments are so fair, humble, and kind. I like his honesty yet very respectable. I think Japan always welcomes this kind of foreigner!! I love Kyou as well as well for the same reason. He is always fair and appreciates Japan. I am so excited that he is visiting Japan in October!
I recently went to Japan with the preconcieved notion that the older folk were gonna be mean and that everyone would stare at me. The old people were some of the nicest humans I have ever met in my life, and although I did get a few stares, they were few and far in between, and mostly by children. Japan was great and although I as well had some gripes I would say go there yourself first to experience the pros and the cons before just believing others edit: ALSO OMG the bag question at the konbini!!!! I was thrown off every single time because they never ask that question in the US and they talk so damn fast!!! It was a struggle
