I didn't know Reti4 watched Trigun, when he mentioned Vash the Stampede. What a comfort character. Although, I don't think one night's worth of full rest would've been enough for Aang next episode.

I don’t like this episode more than the Great Divide. Zuko’s plot makes it not skippable. The Beach proves that we can have Zuko and the Fire Nation teens to be the A plot. It’s really too bad that Zuko wasn’t in 2/3 of the episode. The writers and the animators were high on cactus juice doing Aang’s plot. I really don’t like the Appa vs Momo fight. It was way too silly and ridiculous for me.
