Great video going through the issues and trying to resolve. Hope they can help you fixing the issue. One thing you could try is downloading latest version from the forum (I think it's 457) and see if flashing the firmware with that version fixes the issue.

I encountered a similar issue with my ClubSport DD+. The only solution I found was to gradually revert to firmware version 454. If you’re currently on firmware 457, you must install 456, then 455, and finally 454. This approach worked for me, and I hope it resolves your problem as well!

Thanks. I will keep this in mind. Currently Fanatec has my hardware after issuing me an RMA so hopefully they get it resolved in the meantime.

I have the exact same issue as you. The only difference is that I have a CSL DD 5nm, and a CSL Universal Hub/320mm wheel, but the exact same symptoms. Filed a support ticket 9 days ago, and no response at all from Fanatec 😞

I was just issued an RMA, but it only took about 2-3 days for me. I am currently waiting on the shipping label so I can send the unit back for repair/replacement. Although I don't have a solution for you, I can certainly update everyone on my personal experience throughout the process.

@@powerralley Also tried connecting the CSL Universal Hub V2 using a USB-c cable, not detected and unable to update firmware. Read that other people have the same problem and attaching a different wheel works.
