1:52 subversion of expectations. With the tone of the movie so far, and the way he pauses after putting down a few numbers, it seems likely he is done typing. When he keeps going, the expectation is subverted, and it gets a small laugh. The trick to the joke is how many times can you repeat it while still being funny, and how far can you stretch it? Each time he puts down more numbers, it is more likely for him to stop than to keep going, so when he keeps going, especially towards the end, it’s so absurd you can’t help but laugh. As far as what he actually offered, I always assumed it was something with a lot of decimal places, or he actually typed out something like “one hundred millions dollars”
