Just douma would’ve wiped out 98% of the demon slayer corps if he wanted to, at best a few of the hashiras and the main crew would’ve survived. Their only thing they could rely on was Tamayo and Shinobu’s poisons, otherwise they would’ve been fucked 5 minutes into the arc.

How would arlecchino kill douma though? She has no nichirin blade and as powerful as she is, demons cant be killed without sunlight, a nichirin blade, or wisteria. She has none of those

If she has a way to kill every cell in his body, she won’t need sunlight, nichirin, or wisteria. Hell, drop a nuke directly on Muzan and all of his cells would be vaporized and he wouldn’t have any cells left to regenerate from.

There are actually 5 ways to kill a demon, and Douma is just too stupid to know the last two. We of course have Nichirin blade, sunlight and wisteria, but on top of that we also have cell destruction and overdose on Muzan's blood. The last one is quite impossible to use, but the cell destruction isn't. Remember when Yorichii was fighting Muzan? He knew he couldnt behead him poison him nor expose him to sunlight, so instead he opted to destroying all of Muzan's cells, and he almost succeeded, but he failed to rid of all cells and Muzan was able to regenerate. Technically, you can quite literally burn a demon alive until all cells are just burned, or you can crush a demon completely, however that's a hard method as there will always be a few cells alive even after the demon is crushed, unless you crushed them to the point there is literally no air anymore.

Definitely, especially since none of the other characters have nichirin blades and that room doesn’t have a sun anyway. (Even if they weren’t fighting in that room, Nakime would just take them to the infinity castle. So no sun. Plus Akaza is shown to be able to regenerate his head, so he wouldn’t have any weakness)
