I wished you actually focused on dazai since he is the one there and showed more of the actual story and powers. It felt like you kinda just showed the bare minimum, i hope that didn't sound rude, but that's the best way to describe it.

I've struggled figuring out whether I should just make it character focused (wherein things would be a mystery for the others and just theorizes or something) or more world-centered stuff. I initially went with "first part would mainly be about the world itself; next would focus on the representative and other cool stuff" so their reactions wouldn't be super lost with the context... I'll make a poll tomorrow regarding the future and see which wins, whether the majority prefers what I first thought would be the safer option or the complete opposite. I wouldn't mind anyways.
