I love the fact that even when characters are living their new lives, they still cling to their personalities. Scripted or not, it is what defines them. The reason Hella's motivation for becoming a detective was actually super brilliant ... amazing writing and the fact this was all made by 2 people is INSANE. My favorite casting in the Muppet remake at the beginning are the time travelers (especially Abby Cadabby as Hermione, Bunsen and Beaker as Doc and Marty, and Dr. Strangepork as Doctor Strange) and Uncle Deadly as Xavier. Also is Fozzie in Luke Skywalker's role dressed as the Joker a reference to the episode where the gang is reenacting Alice in Wonderland and Fozzie dresses up as the Tin Man- because he thought they were doing Peter Pan?

Okay, here's my personal prediction: There's a coalition of killers. They want things to go back to the way they were before, as back then they were unique - now they feel like there are all sorts of copies of themselves. Several of the fanficten are part of this coalition, and responsible for some of the murders - Batman killed Batman, James Bond killed Ethan Hunt, etc - but not all of the murders were to eliminate their "copies," some were to eliminate direct threats - like Ant-Man. And at least a couple murders were probably to throw Hela off the scent.

Analysing them all , I suspect more Mystique cause of her connection with Oscar , the Grand Witch since she insisted about taking the orb , Batman and Black Widow since they know well how to stealth and Jones since he accused Thor and Hela of incompetence as detectives. Maybe Hela is the killer? She's obsessed with keeping the established order, so maybe she's talking about Oscar's regime. Her motivation might be the sub-plot going on about the villains and heroes reverting back to their original status. Kids in school are already divided into groups of good guys vs bad guys and constantly getting into fights. They're in need of a system that keeps them in check. Basically the argument of Freedom vs Order...That's just my 2 cents for now.

This is a interesting theory. But the only question is from the first episode Hela seemed surprised when she got the call when Ethan Hunt was murdered. I got a theory that Oscar maybe still alive and a part of him still lives in his regeneration orb. I know this theory might be vague and has a lot questions to it, like the regeneration orb can only zap and turn the characters to skeletons when it wants to kill a character (like what we saw in Super-Showdown Bowl). But the orb has the ability to teleport (when it was regenerating the villains and bringing them back to their cells in Super-Villain Bowl). But I guess your theory makes a bit more sense and a good plot twist if it turns out to be true. We just have to wait and see for the next episode to reveal more clues.

I've noticed that many people believe Mystique to be the killer and I can totally see that being the case. She can shapeshift into anyone and she would be the person Xavier would trust. And she was the one that decided to enter the vault alone before Hela burst in. But I want to bring up the fact that there could very much be more than one killer. And I am very suspicious of Indiana Jones. I find it weird that, practically in every scene he's in, he seems to be either deflecting or being dismissive. When they found the remains in the tomb, he was adamant in saying that it was all a prank. Even if they were fake, isn't the whole point of tomb raiding getting into the immersion and going on an adventure? He could have still checked for himself before dismissing them as fake. Besides, Jones is an archeologist. Shouldn't he be able to tell the difference between real and fake bones? Another thing I noticed is that, during the FanficTen meeting, Jones claimed Hela and Thor to be incompetent in solving the case. Why would he say that? Sure, Thor is not a real detective but he did contribute at times, despite his antics. And the two might bicker but they do take this case seriously, or at least Hela does. And Hela is a renowned detective. Why would he say she's unfit to solve this case? He was at the crime lab and Ego Center, he saw for himself that they were making progress. Which is really something considering that it hasn't been that long since the investigation began. Also, it was the FanficTen that apparently called Thor in. Why would they think it was a good idea to call in an actor for a murder case? One would think that whoever the culprit is, they probably sent for Thor in the hopes that he would derail the case somehow. When the FanficTen went Live, they didn't mention the burned bones, like Harley said. I also found it suspicious that they already knew that Sailor Moon was the latest victim, despite the fact that Hela and Thor had just arrived at the crime scene. And they claimed that "there is strong evidence to suggest that this is the work of a single perpetrator". What evidence? There were two sets of footprints at the latest crime scene, and there was nothing to suggest that this was the work of one person! It's also weird that George Clooney Batman was dead for eight years and yet no one knew. Were there really no Missing Persons Reports filed? Did the other Batmans really not notice anything? I detect a cover up! And correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't it usually take a Batman to kill another Batman? If that's the case then Christian Bale Batman could also be a suspect.

A theory I expect to be buried under the comment section. It's Princess Peach. First body was built in a tomb that Indiana was invited to, who in turn invited Laura Croft, a video game character who may have some history with Peach. Then there's Kirk's body, it had a large circle and the letters OW written on his chest, possibly crOWn, for Princess Peach, and the circle is a picture of a peach. Then there's Ant Man's body, the nail in the coffin. He had two wine glasses next to him, meaning he planned to meet someone there for a date. Out of all the characters on the council, Peach is one of the few who can shrink down using the Mini Mushroom to make herself small enough to kill him. The two sets of footprints leading to Sailor Moon's body could indicate a pair of helpers, likely mushroom people or the Mario brothers, who could have jumped away from the crime scene when their footprints disappeared. Also, maybe I'm reading too much into it, but when Helena arrived Peach was the only one to glance around, as if she was nervous.

Theory, Oscar didnt truly die, and he was just pretending to give the heroes a victory, because if he was truly the creator of all the characters, then he would have the power of even Dr. Manhattan. He's controlling one of the Ten, and this time he's stealing the orb to regenerate himself in his own body, kind of like Professor Quirrel in Harry Potter (spoiler warning) being controlled by Voldemort.

Also, captain kirk's dying message, if you turn the screen upside down it says Mo Q, which could be short for Molly Quinn further backed by how Hella suspected the message wasn't finished. The fact the message was upside down could be because when kirk was dying he would have most likely been lying with his chest to the air, he then would have written Mo Q from his head's perspective, this would cause it to be upside down when reading it from the video's perspective.

I have a theory: (Potential spoilers) I think Thor might be the killer, or at least has something to do with them . He has been actively impeding the investigation, and his actions have been suspicious sometimes. For example, 1. One of the first things which we see Thor doing is tampering with Ethan Hunt's body(The 2nd stab wound). Also, he had time to mark his message to ignore the second wound, and is possibly also responsible for the brand. (Though I'm a bit doubtful about my 2nd conclusion) 2. He tries to stop/slow down Hela from rebooting Alita. First by scattering her parts by landing a bit too fast, and then by putting her head in rice, even though they might have more advanced tech to dry it. 3. Thor was acting suspicious at the Ego Centre. It's harder to find the creator of the tomb if they have registered their name for something else, as discussed by Hela and Claire. So, Thor's mile-high statue request might actually be his attempt to hide the evidence(assuming he created the tomb). 4. Scott should've been with another person for the picnic(2 wine glasses), so it should be someone he trusts(making Thor, a Marvel character, a possibility). Same logic applies for Professor X. 5. There are 2 tracks beside Sailor Moon's body, and because they end abruptly, their owners should be able to fly. Thus it can be any 2 of Thor, Pain, and Panic.(Though the footprints don't match either Pain's or Panic's feet, so someone else may also be involved). 6. In the vault, neither Pain nor Panic is near Thor, though both of them are always beside him, and conveniently, the lights go off, which is possible only through external help. Some counter-arguments: 1. Thor was beside Hela during most of these murders. So, unless he somehow gained the ability to teleport(silently, unlike the Bifrost), he couldn't have done it without Hela noticing something odd. 2. Several of Thor's antics(like the Ego Centre one) might be a result of comedic stupidity or narcissism. 3. The 2 footprints not matching Pain's or Panic's legs(unless someone else is involved). Just spitballin here of possible points to make: - it may not have been one of the 10 or thror or hella. During the battle with oscar, when Strange and Hermione were back in time, after they saw oscar’s heel get scratched, oscar turned, grabbed the invisibility cloak, and tossed it aside. I have a theory of who the killer is. I think it is the kids of Deadpool and Harley Quinn. I think they used a time machine as adults to go to the past and kill those people. First off, Batman being dead 8 years and nobody noticing, seems odd. The time travel would explain that. Secondly, towards the end of the episode, the daughter of Harley and Deadpool put a Harley head on a fork, reminiscing the dream Harley had in the beginning of the episode. Lastly, at sailor moon’s crime scene, there were two sets of footprints. One for the son and one for the daughter of Harley and Deadpool. The reason for the footprints stopping may be that they used a portable time machine and teleported away.

My people of interest are Indiana Jones, Raven, or Molly. Indiana Jones because he said he went outside his given powers and knew another the temple where George Clooney Batman’s corpse is.
