Saw FANG at the Expo of the Extreme 97 in Chicago.....I took a Mexican busline outta Laredo TX... that had a hotshot to Illinois....after the show I asked if I could ride in the band RV ....I had 15 rolled joints ....they let me on....we went to thier hotel....hung out in the basement breakfast room / bar.....got Mortiss stoned..... EYEHATEGOD.... Soilent Green.... Buzzoven.... hanging....I immediately got on a return bus on Monday by noon....btw Mentors and Murder Junkies were also on the bill.

My friends brother Tim was the original drummer. This drummer doesn't look like him to me, but I haven't seen Tim in literally 3 decades. I know Greg the guitarist in the hat, and he's not one of the original members, but has known Tim since they were in high school or earlier, and has played for Fang, off and on for I think 20 years or more now. Tim and Greg grew up in the same neighborhood near Lakeshore ave in Oakland. I really don't know anything about the other members.
