the shot at 12:45 of Shane was the foul, cue ball hit the 8 ball first. replaying at speed of 0.25 can show the foul.

Actually that is incorrect. If Shane had hit the 8 ball first, the cue ball would have hit the 9 ball so the fact that it went below the 9 indicates that he struck the 6 and 8 simultaneously which unless he slow rolled it, would not be a foul.

I don’t think it was a foul, but I maybe wrong. I washed it 4-5 times at 0.25 speed and can’t tell so how can the ref be sure at normal speed? Plus the commentators never flinched at all. I’m British so I’m not being tribal. But what do you think?
