It’s not even about her training she was really sensitive and lost hope when she didn’t receive any pendants during the LA boot camp. She became more depressed especially after feedback on the individual evaluation in Korea.

They wanted her as a visual. However, her skills/talents were not honed enough for her to beat out the other contestants, many of which had numerous years of dancing/singing training. She's a very attractive young lady and she went very far, but she was outclassed by those with more experience or had more naturally occurring talent. I'm not sure if we will see Yuna again, but since Gina has released her own song, we may be more likely to see more of her in the future.

But it depends on how successful A2K members are going to be. Because I think kpop is still a niche genre in NA and Latin America, we have no idea how popular this group will be. They launched A2K in the hopes that it'll be as successful as Niziu, the Kpop group in Japan. But Kpop is already huge in Japan, so it made sense!

Yeah istg they're accepting people only born from max 2006 considering that 2006 would be the oldest to debut. So everything before 2006 is considered too old to debut 😭😭 a friend of mine is from 2003 and can't find an audition accepting him bc of his age 😢

This is a reach... Rather, I hope she can be taken in as a trainee at JYP or another company. But she's 17/18 and was already on the cusp of entry for A2K so she'll have to work on improving alot because she wouldn't have as much "time" since they like to take em young for training. I think the nerves of the competition got to her. She has potential and I think being able to see her cute personality through A2K is a big plus (and she's REALLY pretty. I mean, when she performed alcohol free, she looked so much like Chaeyoung!). I wonder if an in-ear monitor would help her keep the beat better when she's dancing? I believe in her ❤

If you think about it, Yuna already _was_ too old from the start. They didn’t want anyone 17 or older so Camilla, mellisa, Cristina, and Yuna were all deemed as “too old” at first and if they count 17 as by July 2022 then just yuna and Cristina but definitely Yuna was too old at the start no matter how you look at it. They made the exception for any 2005 liners who were already 17 thereby just slightly raising the age for people like the girls I just mentioned. Otherwise, Lexus would’ve been the oldest of the current lineup, clearly a tactic to debut all minors.

In the Nizi project there was another Yuna, Ahn Yuna, who was also a JYP trainee, and didn't debut in Niziu. Sometimes, JYP (and other KPOP companies) aren't completely honest with the trainees why they don't debut. It's always calculations about a lot of things. Let's just say that if someone is a trainee, and they join an open audition, and then go to the last rounds, and didn't debut. It's probably safe to say that for whatever reasons, the company has decided it's better to pass on that trainee. It's better to leave JYP and look for another company.
