I call BS. I get Glenn dying for Maggie (a less cool character) to progress. Though I don't think it's really him dying FOR her to progress but that she progresses because of it. But I do think that killing off the best characters so lesser characters can improve is kinda weak. Though I do like Ezekiel, Shiva coulda lasted at least half the season, done some cool stuff, then had a better death. So like 8 DEAD PEOPLE were strong enough to hold down a TIGER? Riiiiiight. #IfJerryDiesWeRiot. I was devastated by this episode. As an animal lover Shiva's bond with Ezekiel and the others meant so much. The love, trust, and loyalty the Kingdom "knights" had for their king was inspiring and their loss all the more heartbreaking. Season 8 has been an emotional explosion so far; holding nothing back.

No matter how depressing and heartbreaking this episode was. It is my favorite of the season so far (I know the season is still young and I'm pumped for more dwight next episode). It's cinematography was VERY good and the hint hint to ezekiel's comic death, and the music from last mid season finale in ezekiel's speech leading into the death of the kingdom at the beginning. The writing for ezekiel, just everything lmao, I loved it.

I can see why they killed the tiger because CGI cost about 250 Million, but this was still heartbreaking my friends said I'm weird for crying, but when your used to a character and a character you love dies, you can see why. it was very sad, this actually ruined the show for me. Also, Me and my Grandpa used to watch the show but sadly, he passed away, I'm 11 Years old. He would of been sad to. The Last Episode he watched was when glenn died. this is the first time I felt so bad and cried dearly for minor characters. the execution was so effective showing the kingdom as one big happy family then transitioning them all dead. big exit wounds, guts out and chopped into pieces. the episode was pretty gory and sad. one of my favorites!
