Hi great set of tutorials. I would suggest that next you could make videos on the usage of scverse ecosystem and many fo their DL models and algorithms like PEAKVI, MultiVI etc. Especially to set up data and preprocess it for scvi tools is going a very useful and popular video I believe. Many thanks for your great suggestion again, will do once I have more time. Scanpy videos was done. Mudata in R already. Squidpy and Scirpy are in my plan, need time to look SCVI.🤝
