Ashley Hall performed this as a guest artist with the Sheldon Theatre Brass Band. Brian Borovsky played the solo euphonium part. I was thrilled to be part of the backup band!

When I start my Trumpet lessons use J.B.Arban Book inclusive have several scores of Fantasie Brillant. Today my age is 70th but with 18 already play as 2nd Trumpet of Young Sinfonic Orchestra of São Paulo. After this with 22 age my choice was play Jazz Dixieland and New Orleans Style. I found my Jazz Band with 28 years age in 1979 which are in evolution upto today. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! Please receive my sincere regards and strong hug. Ehhhh...maybe, but I can't judge. I've met many players around your age that can play this. Your age is no basis to judge if you can play this or not. If you've been playing a while and have good tongue control and pitch accuracy and (of course) finger flexibility, then by all means, go for it.
