In what was the most difficult of circumstances, Steve Maskery builds a set of dining chairs, the biggest and most challenging project of the last 20 years.

I would add my felicitations on the return of your sight. Looking forward to learning all about chairs from your forthcoming videos. (And well done for putting the SD Cards somewhere safe. Something we all do in the certain confidence that we will remember where.)

Beautiful work, Steve! 😃 I'm happy you recovered your eyesight! I lost 75% of field of view because of a surgery in December 1991... I see zero from my left eye and zero from the right side of my right eye. It's a long story, but most people who go through this surgery end up losing 100% of vision, so I'm definitely not complaining. And I see very well with what I have and adapted very well. You know? Either way, even with this vision I fly drones and rc airplanes with FPV. And I have some plastic boxes from flight controllers around which are PERFECT for SD cards! Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

Hi Steve, the chairs look excellent and isn’t strange how we can spend more time on templates and jigs than the actual project. Glad to hear your eyesight is better 👍

My goodness. There was me last video having a go at your lack of input (meant in a friendly way), and unbeknown to me, it was all down to those eye things stuck to our faces. Best of luck Steve and so glad your eyesight has been restored. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to more content from those newly found SD cards. Regards, Ian, Birmingham
