With the tv She-hulk out there, this series has one of the best interpretations of She-hulk, the reaction that Johhny makes with he showing him up is great.

This show was great. They also later did crossovers with other Marvel I.P.s like Iron-Man, and, of course, She-Hulk appeared as well. Iron-Man in particular had a great episode that not only showed off Iron-mans greatest armor-hits in that shows style, but also this treasure of dialog: Dr.Doom: Iron-Man! For your interference in Dooms plans I hereby declare you an archenemy of Victor Van Doom! Iron-Man: *slowly turns to reed* "I... don't want an archenemy. How do I get rid of him?"

Both Chris Yost and Craig Kyle are legends of marvel animation (to me at least) both of them combined created and/or wrote for some great shows (wolverine and the X-Men, X-Men evolution, avengers EMH, Fantastic four WGH, the mid 2000s marvel animated movies) they co wrote Thor Ragnarok and created X-23.They should be brought on for more MCU movies.

This show saved my love of the F4. Such a hidden gem. Glad it's on Disney Plus. Show truly nails not just the F4, but the Marvel U as well.

Some fun villains show up in this series like, Impossible Man, Super- Skrull, Rohan the Accuser, Attuma, and Diablo. Cool cameos Squirrel Girl, She-Hulk and Hulk, maybe Peter Parker as a photographer for the Daily Bugle is one episode.

Hey wait you are in Canada? That’s wicked extra glad I’m already subscribed 😅 go Canada 🇨🇦 also this has always been my favourite design for the Fantastic four especially the fact The Thing has pants can’t be beat, but I understand wrestling shorts are the reason he wears shorts but I dig pants

Loved this series because it had the spirit of the FF and I rewatched this series several times. Puppet Master does show up later in the series. Have you considered also doing pivotal episodes from any series? There’s a lot mine that informs the entire series.

Oh of course we are gonna come back for big important epsidoes. I just like to separate them all by themed arcs.

I'd love to see Puppet Master or Psycho-Man be the initial villain of the first MCU film. Show off some of their gallery that hasn't been onscreen before.

This show is really underrated. Despite lacking the wacky high- concept sci-fy adventure from the F4 comics, I love about this series is how they adapt some classic Stan Lee and Jack Kirby stories, specially the ones involving Doctor Doom (ex: There's episode where he and Reed switch bodies,; One where he sends the Baxter building to space). Too bad it never got a second season, since the creators said that, if it did, they would adapt the Galactus Trilogy

The “world’s greatest heroes” subtitle is a reference to the “world’s greatest comic magazine” that you see above the logo on the silver age comics

I remember watching this show before I went school and I liked, if it was on TV I would watch it. (Back when you did that). Then one day, it was 2010, I was in an old bookshop (the oldest in England btw), I was at the kids section and I saw a box of old comics from the 90's. I looked at each issue, trying to find one to buy, I saw an Fantastic Four with Dr. Doom on it. I bought it. It was the first comic I bought.

World's Greatest Heroes feels underrated to me. While it's a sort of sequel to the first FOX movie, it includes more characters and concepts from the Marvel Universe, including team ups with other heroes. Final points: 1. I prefer Ben/Thing with the pants. 2. Puppet Master does show up and is one of the show's creepier villains. 3. The F4 do actually time travel in a later episode and things get crazy.

4:43 I saw this movie a few times……I barely remember what the hell happened except that the main character was in the film “10,000 BC”. Seriously? That was Number 1 at the time. Anyway, I really dug thid series and honestly a lot of elements from this I could honestly see working again when The Fantastic Four make it to the MCU.

28:45 Good idea Joel but, considering how the MCU will explore the multiverse and Incursions, I think the villain should be Annihilus. Not only I could see him and the Negative Zone playing a role in the Multiverse saga but also in the MCU Fantastic Four origin. To establish Reed and his family in the MCU without repeating the same story as the previous versions I think they could merge the classic origin with the Ultimate version, having Reed and his family on space, helping SWORD investigate a dimensional portal and they end up travelling to Negative Zone and returning with super powers (in this opening we seethings through the SWORD agents point view, Reed and his family go through the portal but we don't see what's happening in the Zone until they return). After the title, the movie cuts to present day, showing Fantastic Four returning to New York and trying to have a "normal life". In true super hero fashion, things wouldn't go as they plan as giant green monster shows up in the city and the F4 have to stop him (recreating the cover of Fantastic Four 1). Where did this monster came from? After some test, Reed would discover that their dimension is about to suffer a Incursion with the Negative Zone. But what's causing this Incursion? Well, Reed locates the source and finds a piece of rod that he recognize. Through a flashback we would finally see what happened with the family in their first travel to Negative Zone: In the MCU version, they got their powers after meeting Annihilus, who tried to kill them using the cosmic rod. In their fight, they accidently damage his cosmic rod, which not only caused the cosmic explosion that gave them their powers , but also split the Rod in two halves: One is with Annihilus in Negative Zone while the other end up on Earth. From that point the film would be about the Fantastic Four going once again to Negative Zone to fix the Cosmic Rod and prevent the Incursion, with Reed having to confront his fears and traumas left by the event that change his family life.

I don't really remember this show at all. I think the FF movies at the time, likely would have burned out my interest. It's always so strange that everything FF on the small screen has been cancelled. Quality varying massively between each show. Meanwhile, it has been four films and Marvel's First Family have yet to be accurately depicted. Even the inspired casting of John Krasinski as Reed Richards appears to be a one-off in Dr. Strange 2, for some mad reason?
