I would also flip the lounge and kitchen and open that wall up more. Could expand into that "chicken coop" and make backyard/patio access. Ahh to be 40 yrs younger.

I agree with commenter @bobyjonhson3665 ..ahh but to be 40 years younger... The property has a lot of potential...I hope some lucky person sees your video...100 olive trees and opportunity to buy the adjacent land can bring seasonal income by harvesting... Thanks for showcasing homes versus apartments..my kind of dream..though at my age a ranch style or single floor instead of multiple floors is very attractive to the older generation... 🌿🌿🌿 🌿🌿🌿

I love the land. This is exactly the type of place anyone would love for its openness. Yet, it is close to a town with everything one would need. It's even close to a lake for fishing. The outside needs shutters and new paint. Something needs to be done about the wires outside the house. Obviously, the kitchen needs all of the appliances. The cantina would be great to make wine. The flooring in the house is perfect. Bedroom 1 is large and has a great view from the window. To purchase a car, create an LLC and buy one threw the company. Obviously, you drive the car for the company. The cost of the LLC is affordable. Something to consider would be to increase the size of the balconies. I would love to have something that I could walk out to with a table and chairs for coffee and grappa for breakfast. If possible I would cut more windows into the bedrooms. At least one per wall or more. This is a lovely small farm house for 90K.

Well another gem. Beautiful property and the house is in good stead. I’d want to remove the ground floor window bars to clean up the views which are lovely. I’m sure in the day they may have been necessary but hopefully perhaps not now. Definitely have to work in a bathroom as you said between the two bedrooms and make the first bedroom private from the other rooms. So much useable space and plenty of storage for all your needs. Someone will be the lucky new owner. Hope they will enjoy for years to come. ❤

Ciao Fiorella and Aden, I think I would take down the outbuildings, then put in the pool and I nice garden. The first part of house I would see if the back wall could be opened up and add it to the rest of the house. Upstairs I would make the front bedroom a bathroom and dressing room, the only thing with the bedroom, is just cut back the tree, in the summer it will block the lake view. I really liked the house and land; I would have to find someone to either take over the olive trees or someone to harvest them. Very nice listing. Amore da N.Y.
