Renee, statins cause Alzheimer's. The normal range for cholesterol was changed so practically everyone would be given a statin. It's all about money for the pharmaceutical companies. Research it and make your own decision. I just feel compelled to try to help people understand. Question- When did Alzheimer's start to be prevalent? Wishing good health to you and your husband. ❤

Yes, 100% agree they wanted to give my husband a statin and he’s only in his early 40s just because his cholesterol was a little high. I told them no thank you. There are some good doctors on KZbin who talk about how bad statins are for your health and my mom is a nurse and she said don’t take it. Research please.

Renee, by drinking 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper in a small glass of water 3 times a day will thin the blood. My husband has several stints and was put on blood thinners. Destroyed his skin, every time he’d get the slightest bump would cause ugly bruises. Research the cayenne pepper properties and uses. It comes from the capsicum family not the chili’s family. I buy Aldi's whole coffee beans and add fresh nutmeg to the coffee. I add a drop of very high quality vanilla to each cup of coffee. You can also add fresh cinnamon and/or anise. Good stuff! I bought my coffee grinder and coffee pot from Amazon. I'm a happy camper.

Ground flaxseed is really healthy, and so are chia seeds also, Brazilian nuts are good for you. You're only supposed to eat one a day or a couple of week .Depending on your needs. All this can help with your cholesterol naturally.❤

Thanks for the info. I have had the KA ice cream maker probably a couple years but I needed freezer space, removed it and forgot about it. Actually a few months ago I bought the Ninja Creami which works fine but wished I remembered I had the KA one. Warning: Things happen when you get older. 😂 I am going to get that silicone ice cream storage container. In my opinion every pet owner needs a Chom Chom which is something I wish I had years ago but can’t do without now.

You have to roll it fast enough that you hear a clicking sound. Something inside the roller creates friction and picks up the hair. No clicking sound means you're rolling too slow and not creating the needed friction.

Hi Reene, love your sweater. Looks great with your natural hair. Please read the lable on these vitamins espeically for your husband. Make sure that the ingredients are very clean NO soy or other bad inflammation oils and other ingredients including man made sugars that cause all types of health issues. For all of this see dr bergs vds on soy & seed oils that cause inflammation. As well as ch Bobby Parish Fav city (his ch is all about reading food lables for good health). take care.

Berg,Ken Berry,and many other doctors online who give honest advice and information,they really care about their subscribers on Social Media! Also just look up information all about cholesterol yourself, and see what you find. Those who know the truth, I don’t believe whatever takes statins best of luck to your husband.

Very true - avoid sugar, seed oils and wheat! It cause inflammation in your body which can lead to a lot of health conditions/issues. And, cholesterol is not cholesterol. There is a blood test that splits up cholesterol in large and small molecules and if you talk to a holistic doctor he/she can exactly explain to you what does what and the consequences. Since I started avoided sugar, bad oils and wheat I improved my cholesterol dramatically, don't have any joint pain, improved my thyroid markers ect. It is a shame how your average gp puts fear into patients and just quickly prescribes drugs instead of looking about one of the most important things in life - nutrition.

Well, every time you do one of these videos, I end up spending some money! I am definitely going to get my husband that little camera. He is a college professor and he teaches all his classes on line (and attends many meetings on line). This will be great for him--Christmas gift!! And Rebath came over yesterday. They're replacing our tub with a walk-in shower and new sink/counter tops. I can't wait! I was surprise at the price--yes, it's expensive, but not nearly as much as I thought it was going to be.

After watching your video yesterday I immediately ordered the bra you reviewed as I have the same problems you mentioned. It arrived today and I was so excited! But, I tried it on and I’m a 34 DD, ordered a medium, and it really was a little big in the band. It also didn’t have any support, my breasts jiggled like jello with movement! I was going to exchange it for a small since I got it on sale, but that option wasn’t available, so I’m just returning it.

Switch statins. Rosuvastatin is the best statin for minimal aches and pains. Talk to your doctor. It's an easy switch. 😊
