Hi J, Watch a lot of videos of yours over years. This is the best I’ve seen you play skill wise and best everything has looked with goals too. For your foot problem and the soul of your feet. This is really common and I had this problem before when I used to do technical work for these skills you are doing everyday. It is a repetition injury that comes from doing too much similar technical work while training or in match. It starts as soreness then feels as if your feet just hurt to much to keep going. What I did to get rid of this is do the technical drills up to tolerance and do them every other day instead of every day. Additionally, other professional players have had this problem. Matt Sheldon of become elite talks about stretching out the pain in the mid foot and soul of your foot in position where you are sat on your feet on floor. Basically, what he found is you can stretch the soul of your foot and that overworked midsection so the pain goes away. That allows for footwork skills like the cuts and fast feet and soul rolls to happen and practice without pain

I don’t remember what video of his it is but there are things you can do to make it better and manageable. Despite the artificial turf and need to do technical drills so you can have your moves be ready in the game. And, if you do the stretch really make sure you do it correctly as not to aggravate the problem, most likely it will be tight and you want to not overstretch and only stretch after you wArmed up properly
