Bro i have question in that root canal you didn't put crown/tooth cap it's not necessary, because yesterday i had done root canal 1st visit after one week i went again and doctor told me after root canal within two months you need to put crown/cap so after composite filling needed crown also, Thanks

Yes sure, the isolation is important to keep canal free of the microbes which are in your saliva and without isolating the tooth its not possible and leads the failure of treatment. The isolation of tooth is important for the safety of the patient because we uses so many small tools in the mouth that can be ingested into your trachea and causes serious issues, The isolation prevents various chemicals(cleaning agents) we use in cleaning the root canals to prevent gag and other unpleasant issues with the patient, and there are many more.
