I have a lot of polymer clay, but I have to find things at home to use as tools besides the ones that come with some clay, and I have an exacto knife, I think the still turn out pretty good. Btw I love this video and I love the fish it's very pretty and looks like a dragon if dragons were fish

You can buy in bulk mine is very strong smelling but I fill food applicator bottles and seal it back up and store it in its box it came in uv resin is cheaper that way. And with enough time and a proper uv (not led or just led mine was cheap and both had a uv and led source) cures just fine when you use eyeshadow etc. Some people myself included were worried it being uv cures that it wouldn't get properly cured if the color wasn't translucent. I played with it and realized it still cures. I'm sure there are exceptions but it's not the difficult scary thing I thought it would be. Maybe I lucked out that my cheap uv thing even worked lol. The smell isn't as big of a deal when using those little food applicator bottles from the cake decorating section (yes they are clear but I just keep them in the dark when not using and away from the uv lamp when it's on). My resin was less than 80 for a gallon and so far I've barely made a dent filling two bottles.

Lol good use for the ashtrays :-) like you I love the UV I have just bought mine but I also bought the gel nail polishes good excuse for buying the lamp :-) I have noticed the top coat of the UV gel nails is also good for using in the clay same goes for all the UV gel colours which I picked up online from a few places at a good price :-) great for my nails and my clay too. There is an old saying "two birds with one stone" :-) now I have what I need to do the UV work on my clay but also may nails I love the fantasy fish they are very cute and special when you made the mermaid to go with them :-)
