in space, the water in your body and blood would boil and evaporate, expelled by the difference of pressure, then freeze. The only smell you could smell would be the blood in your nose and the only sound you could hear would be your internal screams. i think you might still be able to see, but, as the chemestry in your brain slows down because of the low temperature, your perception should actually freeze. it is unknown of your skull would crack before or after that, caused by the frozen water that would occupy roughly 4% more space in your skull.
