Congratulations, well done. I did not think that the dragon can be passed without sleeping pills (even if he starts fire over his head). Now I checked it - it works (both 48K and 128K). And not at all obvious jump past the torch on the screen "Denzil's pad"! But how did you jump out of "The broken bridge" with only 2 rocks in there? What's the secret? I managed to jump to the right once, but never to the left. What moment to catch? And at 6:57 you died on purpose to speed up the exit from the church?

The bridge one confused me for ages too when I first saw it. I've found that if you jump when Dizzy is on the lower of the two (sometimes three) frames he'll make it out. Works on both sides. And yep, there are deathskips in the church and the control hut (9:14). The church one doesn't save that much time, so if you lose a life somewhere else in the run that's the one I'd leave out, but it's worth doing if you can.
