So many memories. Started playing in the summer of 2007 with my friends. Those friendships are long gone by now. Met so many people along the way. Went for drinks and clubs back in the day with some of them. Casually played wow with my mom in later years of wow untill she passed away last year. Now im a casual dad pushing 40, filled with nostalgia for this game. Im pretty sure this game and its music will be with me untill I die.

I almost cried listening to the Darkmoon Faire track at 01:08:17. It was the music roll I used in my garrison music player during Draenor and it brings back so many great times playing with my friends back then and showing off my cool decorations. I still wear Pepe on my head every single time I play to this day. Jumping up and down to click on him in the tree as a lil gnome girl was frustrating but hilarious. Thanks for triggering these core memories for me!

I lost my dad to violent suicide on October 28 this year, during an argument with my alcoholic mother. He was only 52 years old. He and I played this game together damn close to the 20 years it has been out (on and off to try other MMOs that released, our favorite other than WoW being SWTOR), and I've been playing WoW Classic (mostly hardcore) nonstop since then. It is so hard, because there will be times where something happens, and my IMMEDIATE instinct is to text him about it. As someone who has also been suicidal in the past, this is a huge wake up call- in the moment when you are feeling that feeling, wanting the end of your life to come, you don't understand what impact it will have on your loved ones. It's a terrible, awful feeling. His first class he ever came to love was a paladin- I am playing a hardcore paladin in his honor, with the goal of making it the first hardcore 60 I ever get. If you are reading this and have the character name "Aaron" on the Doomhowl (hardcore anniversary classic) server, please get ahold of me- I would love to not butcher my father's name for this character.

@@GardenisLife I haven't been able to enjoy the game since pandaria but I still listen to the soundtracks every day of my life. They are timeless. I think a big part of why I can't find this feeling in any other game is that I'm an adult now. I was a kid when I played vanilla through wotlk. 18 to 22. Just a dumb kid with no responsibilities. Now I have a family and the weight of the world on my shoulders constantly. That prevents me from letting the game become a reality
