Curious about the thought process behind "Eagles will find a way for Hurts to play." Why? The game is completely meaningless. Dallas is without Lamb so Eagles should win regardless of whether Hurts plays. I'm skeptical they play Barkley for the full game because there is no reason to do it other than breaking a record and he's already shown he's not concerned about records.

Eagles win. They lock up the division. So they do have a reason to play. Cowboys no. But it’s the Eagles vs cowboys. They won’t just lay down. They been winning games even tho it hurts their draft spot. They do it because they wanna win for their coach.

@@zionpenumbra True. But the point remains Hurts isnt going to play. Between Dallas being without Lamb and the Giants being the Giants is there any chance they lose two games in a row? Hurts can always play the first half next week if they need to guarantee a win.

@ ​​⁠ I do agree hurts shouldn’t play and it’s very unlikely that he does because any concussion protocol. Majority of the time is at least one week out, not always but most of the time so depending on how this game goes will determine how much usage hurts will be used for the following week realistically if the Eagles are still fighting for the first seed somehow then they will absolutely use him and if they’ve got the game wrapped up then they will probably sit him in the fourth quarter until then realistically week 18 yes and 17 very doubtful
