While I truly appreciate all of the opportunities that KZbin has given me free of charge, this is an example of how in the dark KZbin keeps ALL content creators that frustrates us daily. Here's a guy with 1.8 million subscribers who can't even get ahold of an actual person at KZbin who will directly tell him what is wrong and how to fix it.

As you know Cam, it's been like that for some time. As you also know, the alternatives don't give you the exposure. They have a monopoly and they know it. All users are viewers. Few are posters. If we could move the viewers, that would be great. G+ tried that. They wanted the Facebook users. They failed as they tried to force us to use what we already had. It was too late. I suspect KZbin will outrank all other video sharing platforms for a long time due to the same reason. For now, we are stuck. Keep making great vids, mate. Whatever the future holds, if the time to migrate comes, I don't care which way my favourite YT channels go, I'll follow them all.

+SwordBreaker925 ~ KZbin can be considered an information utility site, which is protected by the 1st amendment (kind of like a newspaper.) Google didn't create youtube, they purchased it. Google+ is a social media site that google created. It has it's own rules of conduct just like facebook. The problem with google+ is that they forced youtube users to be a part g+ against the users will. Both g+ and facebook violate your 1st and 4th amendment rites on a regular basis. The way they get away with this is by having a user agreement plus a government that is afraid to uphold constitutional law. Plus the CIA uses that info to track and database people.

+tsnorquist Technically, that's true. The First Amendment does, indeed, apply only to government. But I'm hearing that rejoinder so often these days that it's starting to sound a bit like the rationalization made to keep black folks away from certain lunch counters in the deep south 50 years ago. It may be a private diner. But it's also a public forum. Indeed, a place where real matters of importance to the public are discussed; often without foul language &/or malice (in this case, Second Amendment rights). Therefore, this "private business" trope is starting to wear a little thin.

Eddie Spaghetti You're wrong for a couple reasons. I said that it wasn't going anywhere "any time soon." Do you think KZbin may be going out of business any time SOON? That seems absurd. Do you have any facts or figures to back it up (that's rhetorical, google doesn't release anything important)? High profile youtubers make millions of dollars a year and they get a 50/50 split of ad revenue for doing so well (less popular channels get a smaller percentage). These are the minority of views, so google is retaining more than 50% of general viewing ad revenue. So, youtube's general viewing is up 40% since 2014 and they track increased growth pretty much each month. To your point this isn't the same thing as profit. But, google isn't really known for making poor financial decisions. Yeah, man. Those guys are going under any second.

Glad you're back. A year or so ago I didn't realize how integrated Google+ was to KZbin. I never used Google+ and decided to delete my profile and in doing so deleted my KZbin channel. I fought long and hard to get the channel back but didn't win. I lost all my videos as well as a the revenue stream they had. KZbin (Google) is great but support with them blows huge donkey balls. Thanks for shedding some more light on the already questionable Google+. I just deleted my Google+ account, now that I am allowed to do so without interfering with my other accounts. I recommend everyone go to their settings in Google+ and use the "Delete Account" option.

+Timothy Driver Instead of just accepting the firearms ban I would suggest getting involved with others to get the ban repealed. Years ago I watched an Afghani village elder talking with US Army soldiers who where sweeping the village for Taliban. This village elder said something that has stuck with me ever since. In response to a question about working with the Taliban he said: "Whoever comes into the village with guns is who is in charge. Taliban, Americans, Afghani, it changes all the time.".

Good to know Hickok. I love you videos. I'm not as avid a shooter as you, although I would be if I had the digs and resources you have. Although I have taken gun safety classes, and am ex military, you show many people out here the proper ways to handle firearms even though you may not realize it. You also show that it is a sport/hobby that can be and is enjoyed my millions.

Even in the SF Bay Area I could go online during my breaks and browse the on-line firearms vendors (Midway, Natchez, etc.) up until about 2008. Since then our workplace "blocks" all such channels but still allows almost all other on-line commerce content (clothes, cars, etc) . It was also about that time that our Walmart stores stopped selling firearms altogether. It's a sad trend that continues today but I was hoping that the rest of the country was not feeling "the California hammer" like I am, but I guess since Google owns KZbin, they can reach/affect all of you and your channels. That really sucks.

As far as I know at some point you're going to be able to unlink your KZbin and Google plus accounts but I'm not sure if that's available yet.

I think there was a numbness in your followers after the first termination. Then you were restored the next day. Then shock as you were again terminated. Of course there was a big reaction from your loyal fans. But I believe you were again expected back expeditiously. Thank goodness you were back promptly because if you hadn't been, as strong as the initial fan reaction was, there would have been such a hue and cry from your nearly 2 million strong fans that the media would have been far more strongly in evidence that it was! You and John are very liked and respected and you both furnish education to the gun world in a manner that is humble, informative and well......just plain fun to watch !!
