Far Cry 5 is an upcoming action-adventure first-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It is the eleventh installment and the fifth main title in the Far Cry series. It is scheduled to be released on March 27, 2018.
The game is set in the fictional Hope County, Montana, where a preacher named Joseph Seed has risen to prominence. Seed believes that he has been chosen to protect the people of Hope County from an "inevitable collapse" and has established a congregation called Eden's Gate. Ostensibly, this is to fulfill his mission of leading the people to salvation; in reality, Seed is a radical preacher and Eden's Gate is a militaristic doomsday cult. Under his rule, Eden's Gate has used both coercion and violence to forcibly convert the residents of Hope County, and intimidation to keep them from contacting the outside world for help. When an attempt to arrest Seed ends with the deaths of several lawmen, the player is swept into the armed conflict between Eden's Gate and the remaining Hope County residents, who are organizing themselves into a resistance movement.

I found the beginning to be lack luster. Apparently the first day on the job and the first thing the Rooky has to do is go to a heavily fortified compound with a bunch of angry gun toting zealots. "Monumentally stupid" doesn't begin to describe the situation that US Marshal created. And I really wished we could have gotten to know some of the citizens of our new home before they all started getting killed. You know, maybe go on some calls with the senior deputy and maybe actually meet Boomer's family. Things like that.

Mister March he’s talking about when you first let the tiger loose when you liberate the first area when it attacks the pirates, and then he’s talking about the dilemma when Sabal wants to make war and rule and Amita wants to make peace with the enemy, by choosing a side you have to solve a dilemma. Either way F4 was just a recycle of F3, except it lacked things. F3 was a master piece and they should have spread the entire franchise over F3’s story. Just my opinion though.

This series from you is 4 years old, I got this game on release and barely played it, then 1-2 months later i play the hell out of it! It took some time but the story, setting, music and all made this game what it was and I was not disappointed. This hands down the best FC game ive ever played. FC3 is 2nd dont worry haha but i love this game so much. I wanted to record my first walkthrough on my yt channel but i lost the disk and have never been able to play it since. One day I will get the chance again hopefully and ill play new game or new game plus maybe both, I know. Ill replay in new game plus then after ill restart entirely and completely beat it hopefully EE’s and all quests and unlocks! :D
