I wouldn't say it's harder, just a matter of staying on top of it all and getting systems in place! Thanks!

Hi John, thanks for making your videos so informative. My husband and I have seen all of your repertoire. We'd like to see where older couples look for properties. We're looking to retire and would like to find a quiet place. Thanks

Do you know anything about the development of horizon city..Is there a mall or anything coming in that area???
@LivingInElPasoTexas3 жыл бұрын
Great question, I'm not sure about a mall but there is a ton a smaller development being built off of 10 and Eastlake. Looks mostly like retail and food.

Hi I John we are a young couple with 3 year old daughter. Is horizon city is a good m, safe and quiet place for us? Also is jobs are hard to find there?
@LivingInElPasoTexas3 жыл бұрын
Hey there Evans, thanks for reaching out! Horizon City, like El Paso, is very safe and has a great job market making it a pretty ideal place to relocate to.

Hi there, wondering if Horizon tax rate is higher than East El Paso.? I've looked it up but I only found 2019 rates... Could you please clear it up for me? Thx and I love your videos and wish all agents could do this...thumbs up!!

Hi, it's my understanding that the property taxes are a bit higher in Horizon City because the Horizon Independent School District charges a little more than other school districts like EPISD.

@@LivingInElPasoTexas What??? Horizon Independent School District?????? You mean SOCORRO ISD, or CLINT ISD.....also...that area is in El Paso County, NOT in Horizon City.....
@LivingInElPasoTexas3 жыл бұрын
@@jesusaldomontalvo8643 You are correct sir, my mistake, yes, Socorro ISD covers the Horizon City area.

FYI:The location is not Horizon City. Its El Paso County, municipalities use green street signs, County uses blue.

The truth is we already touch go down Vista del Sol or Pellicano from the east and your in horizon I can see us making a Metro with horizon and south meadows just so frustrating they give everything to the west side we have more people and we produce more money we need water parks on our side amusement parks stadiums another university unpopular opinion though ps the view from Horizon and the hills on Vista Pellicano and Rojas are some of the best views you can get in the city not on the mountain

I agree! I'm from the far east side which is growing tremendously! We need that stuff.

Very interesting 🤔 But what about the people that have been paying their taxes ,the city needed to be building infrastructure out there not just taking people's taxes and pocketing that money. I'm sure people have been paying taxes for over 50 years and the city has done nothing for those thousands of people paying their taxes. The city is quick to write laws to take people's land away when they have worked all their lives to pay for their property. Very interesting. The people should ban together for a class action suit against the city.

What are the lot sizes over there? 0.15 acres? Jesus! You have like 10 feet of backyard, and are surrounded by 5 neighbors! No thanks
