So, given that the reform party is classed as a business, does this mean that Farage gets paid by the business, in addition to his mp salary?

At the moment I doubt it, but the Reform UK Party Limited has to file accounts with Companies House so looking on the Companies House website may give you an answer in due course. Anyway, with his MP’s salary, his salary from GBNews and his upcoming EU pension he is a wealthy little man.

His reason for moving Habib was clearly stated, and that was he wanted his deputy to be a sitting MP, Habib is upset about this and I can understand that, but he appointed somebody who was a sitting MP now and for that reason, get it right, I believe the Labour party since coming to power have made some political appointments of people who aren't elected into positions that carry some clout, silly old Reform wanting its senior positions to be given to people that have been elected by the people, what are they like hey. And when it comes to money behind political parties and having well off individuals in their parties, then they all have that and lets face it you need to be well off in the first place to be able to vote Labour, LibDem or Greens so you can avoid the financial damage they will do to you if you aren't. Oh and Habib himself isn't poor, so to say he gave the position to somebody with money is as the reason is ridiculous as the person who previously held the position was well off as well

The smile of absolute joy in the misery of others in your face is an embarrassment to you sir and speaks volumes of the distaste you hold for the Reform Party. Democracy is about disagreement of policies and not making it personal. You have a lot to learn.

Reform is very personal and not much interested in democracy. There is a great deal of dislike for them and it's not surprising.

Habib is actually the most serious and solid spokesman that the party has had, I suspect that may have something to do with the matter! It is really sillyto shuffle him aside when the party has to present itslelf as being more than a vehicle for Farage, but I have come to think that Farage is not a serious politician at this point, he simply wants the limelight, and doesn't really care how counterproductive his activities are for the right, especially in convincing so many of his supporters that there is no real difference between the Conservatives and Labour, which is absolutely fatal to the future electoral prospects of the Tories. I don't think Reform can ever rise any higher than it has, it will merely keep the right divided to Labour's advantage.

You have come to think Farage is not a serious politician??

@@tomfreeman650 Well he was certainly serious in pushing for Brexit, and successful in doing so. I meant serious in trying to achieve a definite polotical (or aims) in way that could realistically lead to success. I don't think that Reform will ever be in a position to achieve any of its aims, the only way that any of those aims could be achieved is through their adoption by the Tories, and (a) Farage was better position to put pressure on them on that regard from outside electoral politics, and (b) by dividing the right wing vote he has made it much more difficult for a Conservative government of any kind to be elected. I do think that he has ceased to be a serious politician in that sense, and that he has basically embarked on a vanity project, as is also shown by him appearing in public meetings in America in support of Trump, basking the easy applause and relishing being on such close terms with a 'great man' of worthless character, which is simply embarrassing to see. The weaker and cheaper side of his nature, which was always there, has gained the upper hand.
