@Macavity Macron admitted had the French been polled when he came to office, France would have voted FREXIT. The EU is not popular amongst the southern Mediterranean countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece) for the past two decades. Just read any quality newspaper to confirm it. Hungary and Poland are close to leaving. There's a sea change even in Germany: now that Merkel is gone, Germans are asking themselves about the dependency on Russia's gas, and what they owe migrants to their country. There's a real conversation happening at grass roots that will never be openly spoken of by those with a globalist interest (and THEY are the ones who all said and done generally own all the media - and so control the vast majority of the news editorials). So your comment about polling 447 million is frankly vacuous.

"This is the year 2005..." - had Blair been stopped then and his disastrous policies slowed and reverse - large scale immigration to 'rub the right's nose in diversity' and secure what he believed would be a permanent majority for Labour - then we wouldn't be seeing the catastrophe that our cities have become. Sadly, we've never had a any politicians since who had the stones to put on the brakes... meaning the decisions and action needed continue to get tougher and tougher and less palatable.

I wish Nigel could be PM. But our electoral system is unfit for purpose. It's a cosy duopoly between Labour and the Tories. Any party headed by Nigel could secure one third of the national vote but zero seats. If the UK used the (retch cough) EU's electoral system, we'd have had a UKIP government ten years ago.
