I am from Jharkhand and since our childhood we have been using mustard oil for cooking. I got married in Hydrabad and my in-laws use sunflower oil 😅. Now we are staying in Dubai but still I use mustard oil for cooking and for fry items sunflower oil. In West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Bihar I think most people use mustard oil for cooking. And yes we apply mustard oil on hair and body during winter ❄️😅. Dilip uncle is right ma'am 😅.
