Thank you very much for showing that house. Our houses in Perth are nothing compared to the houses over there in Thailand. The wormanship is faultless. I am going to Koh Samui in July. I will be there for 8 nights. Then I can make up my mind what to do.

Not bad, also nice seeing some people walking with dogs outside, so probably pet-friendly. - Otherwise, many pool villas there don't have "entry areas", you just enter the house directly into the living area, would prefer some entry area first.

That yard is pretty big for most of the homes in Thailand? Most houses I've seen from Thailand barely have any yard. It's a good size especially if you have dogs.

Yea because it’s in hua hin hua hin Thailand has more space and also in Chaing mai because there are more hills and mountains in those areas.Next to the hills and mountains is a lot of areas where they can use to build amazing homes like this which will be very limited if it was Bangkok,Pattaya or even in Phuket.I also think that hua hin has some of the best weather in Thailand they don’t get a lot of floods like Bangkok or Pattaya so u won’t have to worry about that either.

Priced at 11,500,000 as of today's date. That is quite a price drop in just one year. And no is renting or buying. Seems these homes are highly over priced.

If you are Non-Thai person You will lose that $698,000 or at least your deposit, for a simple reason, the Thai law won't let you buy any land in Thailand, and if you put that real estate in someone else's name you will also lose your money.

Well my Thai wife owns my home she’s not going anywhere and I bought the home it does not cost that much but it’s over 6 million b funny thing she owns some property she will be selling sometime next year I will get half of that money Who says all people are bad You have to find the good ones I don’t care where in the world you live .

@@nicolasrousseaux5575yes but you have to have a Thai business partner to do any business in thailand. The Thai business partner holds a 51% share of the company. You could potentially split the 51% between multiple partners with smaller stakes to reduce the risk of them getting one over on you. Also if you don't want to pay tax 2 times when you bring the money back into your country you will need a Thai bank account. Then you will only need to pay Thai tax once, instead of Thai tax then bringing what's left of the profits in and then being taxed by your government. It is more benifical to have freehold condo titles.

There is a way to have a 30 year renewable lease drawn up in your name simultaneously to the purchase legals (depending on the situation) where no matter what happens you don't have to go anywhere.

@@4helex I think you are correct. They consider particular priced property's as an "elite value" this gives you a 10 year visa from date of purchase.
