Really? Personally I find it annoying how these presenters tell one a ton of stuff that is plain to see and telling what good taste is. Maybe this presenter style cater to an american audience with this over the top-energy. I would probably ask - politely - for such a sales person to calm down, and let me explore the place more calmly and then give me information I don't have and to answer questions.

Very nice location, good presentation but sadly even in a video you can see that the workers did not finish off the work properly (0:22, floor offsync, 1:19 stairway bottom not smooth, etc.) Besides that - if you put in another 100k you can prob. fix it.

Just keep in mind your not buying a home your leasing the land. So you could spend 5 mill and not own anything once lease is up but the leases are pretty long just make sure you read the fine print.
