aw miki!! this episode hit me really hard when you started to talk about how much pressure you put on yourself. thanks for sharing your vulnerability and honest thoughts with the relationship you have with your work. love how kevin wants to make sure you're taking your breaks and and taking care of yourself. i know this is sad news, but i also felt that you sharing your thought process has given me a deeper understanding of the care and craft the both of you put into your content. it's really admirable! excited for the end of this chapter to open up new headspace for you! you've definitely achieved an insane amount over the last few years and we're so incredibly proud of you and kevin!! you deserve all the rest ~

If Miki and Kevin will come back to this podcast, I would suggest you to try interviewing different creators. Also, I think the channel is still growing, and being patient is a key. I just found your podcast two months ago and your podcast has been my Tuesday morning BGM ❤like your last episode said, it’s better to grow slowly but steady instead of growing too fast. Just remember, whenever you come back, we will always be here ❤️

Miki’s stress on reaching these milestones translates, I’ve always thought about that. Kevin is right, you just need to rest! Remember don’t base your everything online, because if you go offline people will move on so just enjoy yourself. Congrats on the podcast and to new beginnings on your future endeavors!

As someone who also feels like I am not doing enough if I am not always busy, I would not have time to watch these episodes as soon as they came out, but I always made sure to watch them when I could anyways just like I am right now because I enjoy them tons. Thank you Miki and Kev for having these talks with us! I hope the podcast can return in the future, it did make me feel closer to you both! Until then, rest Miki!! And take a REAL vacation🏖❤

Miki, I also had the same struggles as you, and I"m not saying that this idea will be helpful for you since everybody is different but this worked for me. I started therapy and it made a HUGE differences on how to slow down my brain/thinking etc. I wish you all the best Miki with your break/pause. Have FUN in Hawaii and get some R&R with Kevin for us! 🙏❤

I have been listening to all your podcasts every weekend when driving back to see my partner. Your engaging stories and heartfelt conversations always make the journey feel shorter and so much more enjoyable. The chemistry between you two is truly special, and it's evident in every episode. It's a bit bittersweet to see that your amazing content isn't getting the wide audience it deserves yet, but I'm confident more and more people will discover your charm. Anyway, I just wanted to wish you both good luck and a lifetime of happiness together.

I think your podcast has better metrics than you think. 4k may sound low on KZbin but on podcasts on Spotify and Apple Podcasts it’s actually a lot. I’ve seen the metrics for those apps.

This announcement is sad to hear but hopefully it’s not the end of the podcast! I stumbled across your podcast from KZbin shorts and have been an avid listener since. It was always interesting to hear your opinions and takes on different topics. Your podcast always felt like I was apart of the conversation and could relate to the feelings of a first generation immigrant child 😅. Hope you both have a good break and enjoy Hawaii❤🌴

My constructive criticism is for yall to enjoy your life and careers more organically. My critique on the pod is there’s a lot of edits and I personally enjoy podcasts without edits and it feels more like a conversation rather than scripted. I hope you take a break and take care of yourselves!❤

I think podcast is for learning, whereas youtube is for killing time and entertainment. When i turn on my podcast app, my mind got more serious about spending my time listening to something meaningful and worthwhile. So when you come back to podcasting, try to add value and actually help people improve their life.

Podcasters dont get hundred k viewers with just 30 episodes. It takes a loooooong time. Unless youre one of the very rare podcasts like Trash Taste that an 2hr episode almost reach a million views on its 1st day.

I’m sorry to hear that you won’t be continuing the podcast and how you’re feeling 😢. For me, I don’t watch every episode because the topics weren’t relatable. You both are badasses, but I can’t relate to life as an influencer or doctor, nor would I want to pursue either of those careers. In the future, maybe you could try covering more broad topics. Wishing you all the best!
