I prefer the Black Garden + Soul Levy deckout variant because you get to play a ton of actual staples like Crackdown and Handtraps, plus the Black Garden halves their ATK and because of the way it resolves it forces your opponent mill off of Soul Levy

Things to know about Appropriate. It's effects can only be activated outside of the draw phase. Also its activation is a when effect so you cannot activate it when cards like upstart goblin or side effects are activated.

Dragon link can do that. But if you play one localized tornado you can put your hand and graveyard back into the deck, to avoid decking out.

the real trick to making people loath you with stall is to actually dig through your own deck faster, so they figure, oh hey I don't have to out mine, he will deck himself out first, then flip localized tornado and reset your deck.
