Well people fairly regularly would get FTK'd then beat it in games 2 and 3.

@Jeson Liu: the FTK was invalid because the FTK player still needed interaction from his opponent because his opponent as to pick a card from the FTK player hand to properly resolve Danger monster, and when the FTK player saw that Farfa was not responding to his play he role the dice to decided what Farfa pick, which that his cheating, the judge called it a lost for the FTK player because he did it more then twice, and Farfa only did malicious AFK, and offer win by rolling.

Fun fact I found out that this judge actually got paid to illegally ban players if one of said players paid him off. I ended up catfishing him into banning me and caught him on video and got him banned for a year and made him unban everyone who was wrongfully banned.

Reminds me of the time I got banned from DN. The guy was playing synchro spam hand loop, and took like 30 minutes turn one while I didn't have a response. Then when he went to Omega he picked a card without declaring an effect, which was the only interaction up to that point. I had wanted him to roll the die to decide what was picked, was feeling jittery after a long turn a judge was called, and the douche appealed the game lost and asked for a ban instead.
