Fir the people who are confused, on the first duel, after the opponent's maxx c resolved, chain coils effect activated, which makes bith players unable to activate effects from hand, this is why the opponent couldn't summon his tenpai monsters from hand

19:15 Joseph gets more views on videos with bad takes, I 100% guarantee he knew the card was good. The more obvious that a card is good, the more people comment to say he's wrong and share the video around to show how silly he sounds. He's a good player, I can't see why he's so consistently wrong on cards like these other than this.
