If you're outdoors no, indoors / on public transport you have to wear them

If someone has breathing problems then they don’t have to wear them indoors, some shops ask for you to wear them but if people don’t want to it’s up to the discretion of the shop/cafe etc to decide if you are allowed into the area. Some don’t wear them, others wear them just walking around/everywhere and then there’s people who just put them on when they enter indoors. You can pretty much tell who Doesn’t believe in the virus or is inconsiderate!!! ;)

@@PerfumedByTheSea thanks for explaining! Here in Brazil If we get caught without a mask in public places, we have to pay a fine and shops have signs saying you are prohibited to enter without wearing one. That's why I asked, it's very different!

ana carolina I wish we were much stricter, I was in a cafe earlier and three people were very close to me standing around waiting for takeaway food or coffee and none were wearing masks! So worrying. It’s why our infection rate is going up again!! Hope it’s all soon over. Too much anxiety to get a coffee!!!!!!
