I hope he’s still playing in a place that we can only imagine. If he is, I hope I end up there and can afford tickets! Rest In Peace, Ivry. A great and kind persona, charming, witty, and always an individual.

The double stops variation seems to be the most challenging part as most of the players are not able to keep at the given tempo presto
@nickcarroll85658 ай бұрын
What I like about his playing is that while he is quite as “perfect” as some players he is afraid to play dangerously which gives it unique character.

BigDaddyBen 21 first Markov then kavakos
@Kdsz2324 жыл бұрын
BigDaddyBen 21 I wonder some kids talk about master pieces...Markov is 10 times as well as kavakos...you can compare the bowing in caprice 5 caprice 16 and the hardest part ever in caprice 24 the double notes...Markov played undoubtedly completely in tune but kavakos played key off a lot
@violinistaautodidata86323 жыл бұрын
There is no best in Paganini, everyone is good and has a question of taste; technically I prefer Capricho 24 by Heifetz, but Paganini in general I prefer Leonid Kogan, it's incredible, and this Caprice 24 by Gitlis is my third favorite of all, very beautiful.

sometimes I do not understand, why journalists ask such questions ! They want to show more their own opinion than to wait, which opinion their questioner has. But very often, they are informed very bad. Like in this case ! And the Caprice being played in a factory with chains, disturbing the view, is simply disgusting !

Ello Oku it is artificial and natural harmonica that are sub-divided
@carrottoponcrak6 жыл бұрын
Artificial Harmonics occur on the Major Third, Perfect Fourth, Perfect Fifth and Octave (rarely ever used on the octave because of the reach). Place first finger down all the way, and lightly press 4th finger on the major third, p4, p5 or Octave. Don't vibrate your fourth finger wider than your first finger or the sound drops out.
