Same! It definitely takes some getting used to. I've been trying to practice the parry. I forgot that it was even a thing! I think it only works with enemies with actual weapons though.

i still stand by my idea that all ceepies should gice creepy flesh and then like with bone armor you use multiple to make 1 armor. so killing a pack of babies would give maybe 1 full armor and then a couple puffies would give 1 too

One of the things starting a new game is resetting strength, watched yours reach 2! A lot easier to deal damage when that's higher, although, you have your technique sorted so again, making it look easy!

Every time i played this game i played on custom difficulty, to make the enemies normal difficulty but survival elements the hardest. all of my gameplay and perspective of this game had to been affected by that bug im shocked that is still in the game after full release

You can stun-lock the Fingerlings with the machete, just crouch down/aim down, and continuously slash at their legs. It works with many enemies, especially if you're crouched. I love watching Farket and Vladd, you guys have helped me so much. This is one of my favorite games ever, and it is also the only game/app I have that keeps crashing. I'm well within specs, and I cannot figure it out so I just play until the crash.

To throw in my view on your use of commands since I saw some people complain in the comments... First of all, its a single player game, do whatever you want. I would understand if people would complain about spawning in logs or something but all you did is change world settings that you could have set differently from the very beginning without cheats which is something entirely different imo. Its almost the same as if you would have started a new world with those settings adjusted already even though then you would have gotten more ammo from the starter chests and still people would not complain if you did it that way... I really like the approach. It gives you a way to start with the highest difficulty and adjust the aspects you don't like when you notice them to fine-tune your experience so you can still have fun without having to start all over every time. Way better than getting angry and burned out all the time just because you don't like the settings but can't throw away an entire season because of it

This probably doesn't make for good entertainment but for anyone struggling with caves- if you have full leaf armor and only use the lighter, you can walk and crouch really close to enemies (even babies!) and simply go through the cave. Using the flashlight or the torch will aggro enemies even though they're blind. Obviously don't jump, sprint, or hit anything.

Farket, a request. Can you go into your playlist settings and set the playlist has episode 1 at the top? Currently it has the last episode at the top which would mean if your watching the entire playlist your starting at the end and ending at the start.

I dont see you cooking greg at all. I have to say, while in base i get attacked almost daily and can get body parts for greg. I think it makes your axe do more dmg and level your strength faster. I went to this cave with lvl30 str and could dispatch of these much easier than you. Plus i had greg in the flask. When i drank that it was a breeze. Plus i had no flashlight. I missed it. But it was such fun going in without it.

It doesn’t work properly though. You’re negatively affected 100% of the time, instead of only when cold/wet. So until it’s properly implemented he said he’s turning it off. Besides, it’s a single player game, no one cares really
