The Best just got Bigger! Video of an on-farm demo with our Patz 3600 Series Triple Screw Vertical Mixer, our largest mixer ever. The 3600 Series Vertical Mixer has mixing capacities of 1400 to 1580 cubic feet (or 39.6 to 44.7 cubic meters) and can handle all feedstuffs, including large round and square bales, wet or dry. Shaker box tests have shown the 3600 Series provides the same thorough and consistent Total Mixed Ration that Patz Vertical Mixers are known for around the world.
This is an actual farm demo which includes ingredients of hay, straw, protein pre-mix, ground corn, brewer's grain, haylage, corn silage and water. The total ration weight in this video is 31,990 pounds.

I think your better sticking with the keenan tbh we have one ourselves and on the UK system I think they are better however in America where there are larger farms clearly a keenan feeder is not sufficent and that is most likely why Patz have not expanded there mixers to be sold in the Uk and european market as there is not currently a market there however in the future if large scale dairying comes to the UK then I think there will be a market place in the future
