His happiness is so obvious you can't help but smile while watching. His boys are so fortunate to grow up in an environment like this. Lots of space, fresh air, animals to play with and take care of and a dad who loves to cook. And another dad who works behind the scenes to make sure everything is moving along smoothly. (He's also a very successful public relations attorney which affords them this amazing quality of life.) They're a lovely family living their best lives. We should all be so lucky.

Since you are famous for your sweet treats, I would suggest Ganache for the dark brown kid and Cajeta for the caramel colored kid. For clarification Cajeta is a confection of thickened caramel usually made of sweetened caramelised goat's milk. It is a type of dulce de leche from Guanajuato Mexico.

Hey John and fam. That’s quite a nice set up you have- a beautiful place. Billy is a fine name, because that’s what he is, and I’m glad you think he’s cute. Usually males are soooo nasty and not very friendly. They prefer a good stench and will intentionally piss on their own beards to keep it going and to keep it right under their nose. Baby goats are my favorite things on earth. I love how they do their little wheelies and go running to hop on their moms. I’m glad you chose the breed for their milk quality. I’ve never cared for goats milk that much- it tastes so goatey. When I met my husband he was a sheep farmer and always had goats to latch lambs onto in case their mothers were lost somehow. The goats turned out to be this city boy’s favorite. I’m a recent subscriber and love your videos and recipes. More like this, please! Cheers.
