Hi! Nice video, may I ask what torque you used on the head bolts?

Hi Erik. Thankyou! The Dutch workshopmanual states 12 mkg as final torque (warm engine!) For the headbolts on the D430 motor. That's about 117Nm. The steps were as follows: 3-4mkg (29-39 Nm) , 6-7 mkg(58-68Nm), 9-10mkg (89-98Nm) and finally end torque with 12mkg (117Nm). After "a while", one retorque, with warm engine to 117Nm. //OBG

Üdv újra. Egy olyan problémám lenne, hogy a Mc Cormick d-430 típusú traktorom nagyon nyomja ki az olajbetöltő nyílásnál és a kartergáz csőnél az olajat… Új dugattyú gyűrűk vannak benne, mert gyűrű törés volt. De nem csak az volt a probléma. Miért csinálhatja ezt? Válaszát előre is köszönöm. Egy Mc Cormick tulajdonos Magyarországról.☺️

Szia magyar McCormick tulaj. Érdemes ellenőrizni a motorolaj szintjét. Ezt leszámítva ne feledje, hogy "a Google a barátod" :)

Hi again Daniel. The IH D430 engine is supposed to have 0.3 mm clearance on both intake and exhaust. This is what the workshopmanual states for this engine / tractor. Hope this is useful to you. Cheers 👍
