Farmer's Casserole | Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Whether you're serving a crowd or simply treating yourself to a cozy breakfast in bed, Farmer's Casserole is the embodiment of homestyle goodness. This casserole is comforting and undeniably delicious!

👩🏻‍🍳 FARMER'S CASSEROLE
3 cups frozen hash browns
4 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded
1 cup ham, cut into bite size pieces
¼ cup green onion, chopped
4 eggs
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Bake at 350 F or 177 C for 45-50 minutes or until center is set.
*Be sure to let the casserole sit out at least 20-30 minutes before baking because the sudden changes in temperature may cause the dish to shatter or break.

Been making for years except I use cast iron square pan and sarachi sauce instead of salt and pepper
