I cant stop cryinggg OITNB was the best show anyone can watch it has changed the way i see things i mean i dont think i can ever let go of this show ill be watching it again and again. Seeing you weeping and seeing the vulnerable you has shown that you dont have to be strong all the time its okay to cry out. I mean thank you for doing such a wonderful job and thank you for bringing OITB. Seasons passes by and we think that weve got time but here we are at the end. It’s hard to let you go😔😔 this has been the best show and made a huge difference.

I love going to the local market with my mum, specially because in this way we contribute with the growing of our farmers which don't count with the government support and of course because the food taste fresher and better, I love being there and think in all the food and new courses I can create it's just awesome. I agree fresh organic veggies do have better flavor and dont need much seasoning. Red Potatoes boiled with garlic and kosher salt is a favorite at my table. Thanks for sharing Laura.

I love the farmer's market too! My favorite is the Malibu farmer's market! Since the fires, not everyone has returned, but there are so many great vendors. On a side note, love your hat and military jacket! You look very pretty!🌼🌸😊

Hey Laura, nothing special but when I have a bunch of cilantro I blitz it with cucumber and a bit of lime rind and stir it through Greek yogurt or avacado oil and it's great to top off things or use as a fresh sauce.

I love making couscous and A few weeks ago I made this couscous recipe with just stuff I had at home, like chicken, carrots, zucchini and cherry tomatoes. I of course cooked The couscous with chicken broth and then prepped my veggies and chicken and put them in a pan. I know you’re gluten free but maybe u can make a glutenfree variant of this one! It’s delicious
