You could poke a small hole in the canvas, thread the fairy lights from back to front and keep battery pack behind the canvas. Then the flowers cover the hole. I love your videos and will be trying this DIY for sure!

I would either poke a little hole in the back to hot glue the battery pack on the back. Or you could hot glue the battery pack right above the mason jar & when you put the flowers in it would cover it up.

You can drill a hole in the base of the jar with a glass drill bit. Then you can mount the battery pack to the back if the canvas and feed the lights through the hole. This will make turn on/off and battery replacement easier.

Great and easy diy. Instead of drilling a hole, you can just put small piece of velcro right above the jar and stick the battery pack over it and the flowers would hide it and it'll be easier to turn on and off.

Great decor ideas. As far as the battery pack, I would hot glue it onto the canvas right above the opening of the jar so you don't have to move the floral and reach into the jar to turn the lights on and the floral picks would cover it.

When I try to hide the battery packs in jars like that I either do Spanish moss or even the tiny white stones. Just an inch or so in the bottom. Hide the pack and then its good to go. Although in your jars you cant even see the battery packs! Beautiful diy! Tyfs ❤

Im doing this right now!! I love this so much and already have all the supplies!! Now as for hiding the battery pack. I would actually take it out and glue it on the back side towards the bottom. That way you can run the strip down the back of the jar and since there was such a small lip under the jar at the bottom of the board, it would only show right there.

love, Love, LOVE these!!! 💞 I read the suggestions of others about the battery pack and think it’s a good idea so that you won’t have to lift the flowers out each time and then get a mess from them everywhere. Either way these are ADORABLE! Great job! I also wanted to add to this that one of my favorite things about your videos is the way you edit it all piecey and make it work. I’ve never seen anyone else do that and I thinks it’s super cool. Love everything you make and your terrific personality. God bless.

This is so precious! I LOVE this! You could paint the battery boxes and distress them to match the canvas, or I'm wondering if you could cut a slit in the canvas at the top of the jar and run the battery pack out the back side. Then just tape it from the back so that it doesn't separate. The flowers would disguise the slit.

Great looking diy, like it very much. SO CUTE! Battery Pack: 3 ideas 1) paint the battery pack the same color as the canvas background, or cover it with moss, washi, scrapbooking paper that "goes with" and hide in the jar like you did. 2) make a slit in the canvas for the wire and hide the pack behind the canvas 3) camouflage the pack, and hide it in plain sight on the canvas. ie., make it look like a base the jar sits on, or deco to make it part of the display (a small book, a box holding flowers) etc. That kind of thing. (anything so you don't have to dig around to turn the lights on and off). Just a thought. from Cyndie on Rick's account ;-))

Since your putting flower in the jar. Why not just glue on top of the battery pk 2 green leaves to hind the pk and flowers on front of it should hide it. I think it will work. Just an idea. By the way the jars look beautiful. Love it.

My Walmart doesn't have the small bottles! They only have the 4.97 or whatever ones lol. Why would they not carry the smaller?! My luck.
