All of the guidance steering controls appear in the keyboard controls settings menu (key bindings) within the game

If you work your fields in the north/south or east/west directions (which you're doing), setting up the guidance steering is even easier with the "A + Heading" method. There are also key bindings that allow you to easily manipulate your tracks as needed. I even made a tutorial on how to do it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i6mak35ngtt3gbc
