Heres a tech i made you probably didnt see but could help, to fully maximise your damage off the bomb pop for little drive, you can jump forward and delay a jMP as you are falling down, so instead of doing the whole target combo you do only one jMP and this will let you juggle into ex scissors, so you can do like jMP OD scissors 6HP backfist for more corner carry and better damage, you can jMP DR 2HP OD scissors 6HP backfist, you can do 5HP and get a safejump, route into heavy crusher, really lets you freestyle and maximize damage

You probably figured it out but the reason you couldn't taunt in training mode was you bound it to the same button that was set to reset. You can get around this by setting the shortcut to a keyboard key if your on pc.

Pretty much unpunishable with the massive pushback which also sends you closer and closer to the corner. You can just block but then you're losing drive gauge and being put back to neutral... where Bison can just repeat the situation. You can try to take your turn after scissor kick but the distance sets up quite a few nasty spacing traps for free which skews the risk reward in Bison's favor. So he can very safely scissor kick forever until you're cornered, burnt out, or hit by the scissor kick.
