How to build a homemade incubator | 12 VOLT

Here are a few of the items we used in the incubator build. They are all Amazon affiliate links: Heater/fan already put together: amzn.to/4ajPLOq If you want to build your own heater/fan that draws less power: Heating elements: amzn.to/49XLGQt 12 v fan with removable fan shield: amzn.to/3x7v4qI Waterproof LED Light strip: amzn.to/4ajrEQ5 Temp controller/thermostat with heat sensor probe: amzn.to/4cxKLIe Regarding the power: AC to DC power adapter (comes with female DC power plug): amzn.to/3Vl4hkP If you want to run this as 12v off-grid system, you will also need a male DC power plug connector: amzn.to/3Vn9hFA (and obviously wires and however you want to connect it to your battery/system)

I made a turtle incubator out of a styrofoam cooler a few years back. I hatched out baby painted turtles !! Thanks for sharing.

Wish I could have a rooster!! I’ve had so many so many hens broody thru the years and I’ve lost them some as I was unable to break them no matter what I tried!

I think some of your hens should talk to some of my hens. The last few batches we've had, I don't think they even know what the meaning of the word is. It's crazy because we've also had the batches where you can't break them no matter what! GAH! Chickens - they just do what they want. O_o
